ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the documentation lifecycle within our quality management system. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of document control processes in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Maintain an organized and controlled document repository.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
Review and approve document change requests.
- Version Control: Manage document versioning and ensure the availability of the latest revisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and revise documents as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to address any discrepancies or issues.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between departments regarding document requirements.
Provide training and guidance to staff on document control procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in document control procedures.
Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Proven experience in document control within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, and GMP.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
